As part of the young investigator NIH review process, Dr. Francisco Fernandez-Lima was invited as a reviewer in the Special Emphasis Panel/Scientific Review Group for the Enabling and Bioanalytical and Imaging Technologies (EBIT) study. The EBIT study section reviews applications focused on the development and application of new bioanalytical and microscopic tools and emerging techniques. Emphasis is on research that probes biological systems on a scale that includes molecular, cellular, tissue, and small animal levels.
