Dr. Kalai Mathee named as Senior Editor of the Prevention and Therapy Section in the Journal of Medical Microbiology. Prevention and Therapy focuses on the discovery of new medicines and research to aid the development of new approaches in medicine. Dr. Mathee’s research focuses on Molecular Genetic Studies of Bacterial Pathogenicity Using Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the Model Organism. In addition, she also works on bioinformatics, comparative genomics and microbial metagenomic profiling.
