The Aquatic Ecology and Ecotoxicology Lab is seeking undergraduate students interested in gaining experience in ecotoxicology and/or ecology working with aquatic organisms. Biology/Earth and Environment students are encouraged to apply! This is a great opportunity if interested in graduate school.

Daily duties include: fish husbandry, biological monitoring, water quality monitoring, laboratory experimental method and much more!

Laboratory work and experiments will take place at the Ecotoxicology and Risk Assessment Laboratory at FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus. Students whose primary location is BBC will receive priority.

Current openings:

The lab is searching for weekday/weekend lab assistants who can devote 20 hours/week for Summer and Fall 2019. This is a volunteering opportunity with potential for pay in the fall.
